What's eligible (and what's not) for reimbursement of healthcare expenses from a Health Spending Account

Because contributions to a Health Spending Account (HSA) are tax-free, reimbursement of eligible medical and dental expenses are guided by Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) Medical Expense Tax Credit.
