Blendable Benefits are affordable and cost-controllable alternatives to premium-based health and dental options. This means no surprise spikes at renewal, which ultimately means clients stick around instead of shopping for a new plan and/or a new advisor every couple of years!
This strength in retention lets you build and maintain client relationships for years (and everyone knows it's less costly keeping clients than having to find new ones!)
Our typical compensation schedule is below. We keep it simple, but we're open to negotiating volume-based variations.
As the advisor, you can also opt to change your compensation on Blendable-provided Health and Dental Benefits (Health Spending Accounts, Wellness Spending Accounts, or Enhanced Health Blends) to pass on additional savings to your clients.
Compensation is scheduled to be paid in the month following when it is billed.
For example: if we bill the Plan Sponsor in February the compensation related to those contributions, premiums, or fees is payable in March.
