Blendable’s EFAP, delivered by Kii Health, provides confidential support and short-term counselling for plan members and their families 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Counselling can be provided face-to-face, virtually, or over the phone.

On top accessing Kii Health's stellar team of counsellors, members of groups with an EFAP can self-serve from a number of online resources. The Kii Health Employee Portal is accessible via computer or mobile device. It includes videos, webinars, articles, courses, and assessments accessible to help prioritize health.

Fees
- $5/member/month
- $6/member/month if bundled with MSO
